Family Wellbeing Festival

The Family Wellbeing Festival event is designed to provide a fun and engaging atmosphere for families to come together and explore a range of activities aimed at promoting health, wellness and happiness.
With a wide variety of activities on offer, from fitness classes to mindfulness workshops, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
The event will feature numerous Wellbeing Zone that include Sports & Activities Zone, Mindful Zone, Holistic Health Zone, Entertainment Zone, Nutrition Zone and Creative Zone to name just a few.
There will also be an abundance of Family Outdoor Challenges such as Family Orienteering, River Raft Building, Archery, Axe Throwing and Scavenger Hunts.
Our ethos is to promote ‘Prevention is Better Than Cure’. We embody this and we strive to support families within the county to create social prescribing and early interventions on a large scale.
Most importantly we teach how to manage their mental and physical wellbeing, to give adults and children the tools to support them during times of low mood and prevent mental health crisis.
